J\u2019ai grandi dans le Var, entre march\u00e9s proven\u00e7aux et restaurants du Golfe de Saint-Tropez. Dans ma famille, le go\u00fbt \u00e9tait une affaire s\u00e9rieuse. Un arri\u00e8re-grand-p\u00e8re traiteur, l\u2019autre ma\u00eetre saucier, mon parrain p\u00e2tissier et mes grands-parents \u00e9piciers\u2026 Les repas du dimanche \u00e9taient des rituels. Et moi, j\u2019observais. Je go\u00fbtais. Je m\u2019impr\u00e9gnais de tout cela !<\/span><\/p>\n

Tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, j\u2019ai pris l\u2019habitude de cuisiner pour la famille. \u00c0 douze ans, je pr\u00e9parais des feuillet\u00e9s au ch\u00e8vre chaud au pesto maison. Je m\u2019acharnais \u00e0 reproduire le coulant au chocolat d\u00e9gust\u00e9 avec d\u00e9lice dans un restaurant de Ramatuelle au milieu des vignes. J\u2019\u00e9tais d\u00e9j\u00e0 habit\u00e9e par cette curiosit\u00e9, par ce besoin de comprendre pour refaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 quinze ans, un stage dans un restaurant \u00e9toil\u00e9 m\u2019a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 la rigueur du m\u00e9tier. J\u2019y ai aussi compris ses limites pour une femme qui voulait une vie \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Alors j\u2019ai pris un d\u00e9tour : la science, les ar\u00f4mes, la cr\u00e9ation. Apr\u00e8s une licence de chimie et une \u00e9cole d\u2019ar\u00f4mes alimentaires en alternance chez SOMAPRO<\/a><\/span>, le monde des saveurs s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme une \u00e9vidence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Puis, dix ans chez YABON<\/a> <\/span>comme Cheffe de projets R&D puis Responsable du service, ont forg\u00e9 ma m\u00e9thode : allier cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/strong>, contraintes industrielles et rigueur r\u00e9glementaire <\/strong>notamment avec le d\u00e9veloppement de produits Babyfood. J\u2019y ai appris comment une id\u00e9e devient un produit. Puis, apr\u00e8s un changement structurel et des mois d\u2019\u00e9puisement, un coaching m\u2019a fait ouvrir les yeux : j\u2019avais envie de cr\u00e9er pour moi, de retrouver du sens.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alors, j\u2019ai saut\u00e9 le pas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Au d\u00e9part, je voulais lancer ma propre marque de biscuits. Mais en cherchant mon <\/span>ikiga\u00ef<\/span><\/i>, j\u2019ai compris que ce que j\u2019aimais vraiment, c\u2019\u00e9tait inventer, comprendre, r\u00e9v\u00e9ler. J\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019unir mes deux univers de pr\u00e9dilection : l\u2019innovation produit et la photo culinaire.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

En mai 2022, Portraits de Go\u00fbts est n\u00e9 : un nom qui r\u00e9sume tout. Capturer l\u2019\u00e2me d\u2019un produit, son ADN, \u00e0 travers sa formulation et son image.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
